This is the SCM-2809-1,800KV motor from Scanner RC. These motors feature highly precise CNC
manufacturing, the best quality balls bearings available, high temp wiring and high quality heat
transferring magnets. It's just about impossible to throw a magnet with these motors! Most
outrunner motor failures can be traced to deformation in the bell at higher rpm. Scanner motors
use stainless steel ring bearings to suport the bell which greatly reduces the chances of
magnet-adhesion failures.
